All of Montville Township’s Land-Use Regulations to be Replaced
An ordinance was introduced to the Montville Township Committee on Nov. 9 by the Planning Board that repeals and replaces every land-use regulation of the township. Russell Lipari, Planning Board chairman, and Gary Lewis, Planning Board vice chairman, presented the Board’s Montville Land Use and Development Regulations and Zoning Master Plan.
Lewis stated that the development of this new plan was transparent and inclusive. Its objective was to streamline regulations for homeowners and simplify regulations for businesses.
