Intervention Needed - "Growing Concern for Teens"

Montville high school My grandmother always told me that “if you’re too busy looking at what your neighbor is doing, you are bound to be missing something important happening in your own life.”  So why is it that so many people seem to spend an inordinate amount of time meddling in other people’s affairs rather than paying attention to what is going on right in their own home?

One of the most prevalent and growing concerns in our community is the increased use of drugs and sexual promiscuity in our middle school and high school.  You can’t attend a function at the school, sporting event, or run into someone in a local store, without them expressing concern for our teenagers.

Meeting Stresses the Need for Rethinking Government

"Rethinking Government, and Doing Something about It," was the topic of discussion at theTea party  Montville  Area Tea Partymeeting on Thursday, June 23. Tim Smith, Roxbury councilman and founder of the Government Efficiency Movement (GEM) and Fight Waste NJ, along with Morris County Freeholders Thomas Mastrangelo, Ann Grossi, and Douglas Cabana spoke on the need for efficient government.
