Model A Group Fitness is here!

We know many of you have been waiting for the launch of Model A Group Fitness Classes.  We have Model A2 launched our initial program with a wide array of different classes based upon member input.  Everything from Yoga to BODYPUMP™!  Click on the picture above to go to the latest class schedule on our website.  Please see our front desk staff for more information and for free class trial passes.

Interval Training with Maria
Interval training is designed to challenge your whole body utilizing periods of high and low intensity exercise. This class will test your strength and endurance, while burning body fat and toning you in all the right places. This class will give you the results you are looking for. Suitable for all levels.

BODYPUMP™ with Sean
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!  
 
Vinyasa Yoga with Jackie
The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." The class teaches Vinyasa flowing sequences designed to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. Postural alignment and modifications are always emphasized so each student can progress at their own pace. Core training for back and abdominals are always included. This practice will leave you feeling energized and integrated in body, mind, & spirit. Suitable for all levels.
 
Cardio Kickboxing with Jill & Stephan
Kickboxing utilizes moves taken from the Muay Thai art and traditional boxing to give a total body workout. Beginning with a calisthenics based warm-up, then progressing to punch and kick combinations to give you a complete workout. This class will get you sweating and wanting more. Suitable for all levels.
 
Zumba® with Zoe
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to sexy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, your abs, arms and thighs are toned up and their energy level is soaring! There's no other fitness class like the Zumba Fitness-Party™. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. It builds a community in your fitness facility that stays consistent and strong.
 
Bodyworks with Patty
Full hour of body sculpting/toning with weights, plyometrics ,cardio and impact moves incorporating the step....all in one class!
 
Boot Camp Conditioning with Maria
Military style calisthenics performed to music. This class will get your heart pumping, and your muscles screaming for more. Come win the battle of the bulge.
